摘要
针对转筒干燥机抄板的撒料过程,本文建立了转筒干燥机转动过程中抄板的持料量和撒料模型,并通过MATLAB编程模拟考察了抄板安装角和抄板类型对抄板倾尽角和撒料均匀度的影响,进而优化了抄板结构,为转筒干燥机抄板的设计提供参考。
In view of the spreading process of the flight of the rotary dryer,this paper establishes the holding amount of the flight and the model for the scattering granules during the rotation of the rotary dryer,and investigates the influence of the angle of the flight and the uniformity of the scattering granules from the installation angle and type of the flight by MATLAB programming,so to optimize the flight structure,provide a reference for the design of the rotary dryer.
