摘要
本实验采用序批式活性污泥法(SBR法)处理模拟淀粉废水,以人工配置的模拟淀粉废水为研究对象,探究不同的曝气时间和曝气量对SBR处理COD效果的影响。实验结果表明,在曝气量为6 L/min的条件下,曝气10 h比曝气6 h工况下COD的去除率高,去除率为75.98%。在曝气时间为10 h的条件下,曝气量为9 L/min的COD去除率略高于曝气量为6 L/min的COD去除率,COD的去除率可以达到81.63%,说明在一定的实验范围内,曝气量相同,曝气时间越长COD的去除效果越好;当曝气时间相同,曝气量越大,COD的去除效果也越高。
In this experiment,sequencing batch reactor(SBR)was used to treat simulated starch wastewater.The artificial simulated starch wastewater was taken as the research object,and the effects of different aeration time and volume on COD treatment by SBR were explored.The experimental results show that under the condition of 6 L/min aeration,COD removal rate of 10 h aeration is higher than that of 6 h aeration,and the removal rate is 75.98%.Under the condition of aeration time of 10 h,COD removal rate of 9 L/min aeration is slightly higher than that of 6 L/min aeration,and COD removal rate can reach 81.63%.This shows that within a certain experimental range,the longer the aeration time is,the better COD removal effect will be;when the aeration time is the same,the larger the aeration amount,the better COD removal effect will be.The removal effect is also higher.
