经编间隔织物/室温硫化硅橡胶柔性复合材料压缩性能 被引量:9

Compression Performance of Warp-Knitted Spacer Fabric/RTV Silicone Rubber Flexible Composites

摘要 选用7种不同组织结构的经编间隔织物作为增强基体,填充混合有不同质量分数结构控制剂的改性室温硫化(RTV)硅橡胶,以制备耐压缩性能良好的且可用作缓冲鞋底(中底)的柔性复合材料,并对其柔软度及承载能力进行研究。采用平板、球面及鞋楦3种形式对纯织物与复合材料进行静态压缩测试,并采用半自动落锤式冲击装置测试其动态冲击性能。结果表明:结构控制剂质量分数越大,复合材料的柔软度越大,但抗压缩能力越小;复合材料在3种压缩形式下的压缩功率、滞后功率、压缩率指标均在0.01置信水平上相关性显著;纯织物的功损耗率明显低于复合材料,说明间隔织物填充硅橡胶后缓冲性能有所提高。 Seven kinds of warp knitted fabrics with different structures were chosen as reinforcements, and different mass fractions of the structure control agent for modified room temperature vulcanized (RTV) silicone rubber were utilized to prepare flexible composites for cushioning insole and good compression resistance. The softness and ability to withstand the load of flexible composites were studied. The static compression performance of spacer fabric and composite were carried out in three forms, which are cylindrical platesphere and shoe last. Dynamic impact performance was tested by a semi-automatic drop hammer impact device. The results show that with the increase of mass fraction of structure control agent, the softness of the composite increases and the anti-compression ability decreases;what's more, the compression work, hysteresis work and compression ratios of the composites under the three compression behaviors are significant at the 0.01 confidence level. The work loss rate of spacer fabric is obviously lower than that of the composite by the dynamic impact test. It indicates that the cushioning performance of spacer fabric filled with silicone rubber is improved.
