摘要
采用纳米ZnO填充单体浇铸(MC)尼龙的方法制得了MC尼龙/ZnO复合材料。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、吸水性测试、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对复合材料的表观形态、吸水性和结晶性能进行表征,并选用大肠埃希氏菌(Escherichia coli)对其抗菌性能进行研究。结果表明:掺入的纳米ZnO在MC尼龙基体中分散性较好;随着纳米ZnO添入量的增加,复合材料的吸水率呈现先降低后升高的变化,并且纳米ZnO未改变MC尼龙的结晶形态;纳米ZnO的加入同时使得复合材料具有了良好的抗菌效果,其抗菌率可达92.4%。
The monomer casting (MC) nylon/ZnO composite was prepared by filled MC nylon in nanometer ZnO. The apparent morphology, water absorption and crystallization properties of the composites were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM),water absorption test, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD), then the Escherichia coli was chosen to study the antibacterial property. The results reveal that the doped nanometer ZnO in MC nylon has good dispersibility;the water absorption of composites decrease firstly and then increase with the increase of mass ratio of nano-ZnO, while nano-ZnO doesn’t change the crystalline morphology of MC nylon;the composite has good antibacterial effect with the antibacterial rate up to 92.4%.
