摘要
提出一种编织分叉结构管状编织物的变轨道式二维编织机设计方案,研究该编织机在3种编织状态时携纱器和牵引机构的运动规律。以单个携纱器为研究对象,在一个矩形轨迹槽周期内,建立编织角和携纱器相对于芯轴的旋转角度的关系式;根据该表达式,分析牵引过程中编织点高度的变化规律;采用调整芯轴移动速度的方式来减少因矩形编织轨迹槽导致的编织点高度的波动幅度。通过Matlab软件进行仿真验证,结果表明,调整芯轴移动速度可以减小编织点高度波动幅度。
A two-dimensional braiding machine with variable track was proposed which could braid tubular braiding with bifurcated structure. The movement law of spindle carrier and traction mechanism were studied under three braiding states. A single spindle carrier was taken as study object, the mathematical expressions of braiding angle and spindle carrier rotating angle relative to the mandrel were built within a rectangular track period. According to the mathematical expressions, the change rule of braiding point height during the traction movement was analyzed. The braiding point s fluctuation caused by rectangular track was reduced by adjusting the mandrel s moving speed. Simulation results by Matlab software show that adjusting the mandrel s moving speed can reduce the height of braiding point fluctuation.
