摘要
本文阐述了KP125 MN热模锻压力机前立柱预紧燃气加热方案,建立了大型空心立柱热装预紧工艺的数学模型,计算了流经立柱内部的高速热气流的热流量,选择了合理的烧嘴参数,对比数据表明设计方案可行。
This paper describes the pro-tightening gas heating scheme for the front column of KP125 MN hot die forging press,the mathematical model of the pre-tightening process for the hot charging of large hollow column is established,the heat flow inside the column is calculated,reasonable burner parameters are selected,and the comparison data show that the design scheme is feasible.
