电磁搅拌对中碳锰钢圆坯成分偏析的影响

摘要 研究调整结晶器电磁搅拌电流、搅拌方式对Φ250mm规格37Mn/1、Φ280mm规格37Mn/2连铸圆坯成分偏析的影响,采用直读光谱仪对不同炉次铸坯不同位置的化学成分进行对比分析。结果表明使用380A、8S→3S→8S交替搅拌方式,铸坯的碳含量成分偏析程度较轻。 This paper studies the effect of adjusting the electromagnetic stirring current and stirring mode on the component segregation of continuous casting round billet (Φ250mm-37Mn/1 ,Φ280mm-37Mn/2 ). The chemical composition in different positions of different round billet was compared and analyzed by direct reading spectrometer. The results showed that the segregation of billet carbon components is relatively light in the way ( 380A 、 8S→3S→8S were used alternately ).
