摘要 某CSP厂隧道炉过程控制系统已运行十多年,硬件老化故障频发,软件功能落后仅能维持现有生产,急需升级改造。新一代过程控制系统的成功升级改造,不仅彻底解决了物料跟踪异常的问题,而且高精度的板温预报模型使产线的稳定生产和产品质量的提高得到了有利保障。该系统基于拥有自主知识产权的中间件系统,缩短开发周期的同时也提升了用户自主研发的能力,基于IIS和Web框架设计的HMI系统则更是颠覆了传统工控软件的设计,实现了真正意义的"瘦客户"。新系统投入运行后,高精度的数学模型、简便灵活的系统配置及稳定可靠的运行率得到了用户的高度认可。 A CSP process control system has running for more than 10 years , it needs to be upgraded due to the problems of the aging hubware and backward software.The new process control system has solved the slab tracking mistakes completely , provided beneficial guarantee for stability yield and some high quality products.The new system is based on the middleware with proprietary intellectual property , that cuts down software designing period and improves the customer ' s ability of research and development.HMI system based on IIS and Web framework overthrows the traditional design of industial control software , along with implementation of " thin client ".Upgraded process control system is highly recognized by customer because of high accuracy mathematical models , convenient configurations and the stable operating ratio.
