Application effect of single minutes exchange of die in loom product changing was summarized.Contents and implementation steps of single minutes exchange of die were introduced.Aiming at time consumption problem of enterprise loom product changing,method of single minutes exchange of die was adopted to shorten time step by step.Optimized new process was determined.Compared with original process,the results showed that out-of-service time was reduced about 1 h when the new process was adopted.It is considered that single minutes exchange of die plays a better role in loom product changing.Production capacity of air-jet loom is improved,better economic benefits for the enterprise are created.
