摘要
提出采用冲孔不锈钢钢板网叠弯成型固定高性能混合编织纤维网,由细骨料高强混凝土预制成模板,形成织物网、钢板网联合TRC增强混凝土形成永久性模板,与现浇钢筋混凝土组合成叠合结构。设计制作了1块V形永久性模板与现浇混凝土叠合单向肋梁楼盖以及1块对比肋梁楼盖,对其进行抗弯承载力试验研究。首先,V形永久性模板中掺入的聚丙烯纤维有效抑制了弹性受力阶段表面裂缝的开展;其次,在叠合单向板肋梁楼盖抗弯试验研究中,黏结面无滑移现象,整体工作性能较好。经强度、变形验算,其理论值与试验实测值比较吻合,在使用荷载下叠合肋梁楼盖的挠度限值满足规范要求。
Adopts stainless steel mesh punching bending forming and fixing high performance mixed woven fiber net consists of fine aggregate high strength concrete prefabricated template,forming fabric net,steel net reinforced concrete combined with TRC to form a permanent formwork,and cast-in-place reinforced concrete combined into composite structure.1 V shaped permanent formwork and cast in place concrete superimposed one-way beam floor and 1 contrasting ribbed beam floors are designed and manufactured,and their flexural bearing capacity is tested.First of all,polypropylene fiber mixed with V shape permanent mold effectively suppressed the development of surface cracks in elastic stress stage.Secondly,in the bending test of laminated one-way slab ribs,there was no slip phenomenon on the bonding surface,and the overall working performance was good.After checking the strength and deformation,the theoretical value is in agreement with the measured values,and the deflection limit of the superimposed rib Liang Lougai under the use of load meets the requirements of the standard.
