摘要
反馈性任务报告是一种在医学模拟教学中使用的教学反馈方式。从任务报告与传统反馈方法的区别出发,阐述其基本特点。介绍反馈性任务报告的类型、基本流程及方法,强调社会心理因素对任务报告的影响。建立以反馈性任务报告为核心的医学模拟教学体系,有利于教学水平的提升。
Debriefing is a kind of feedback model used in simulation-based medical education. The article analyzed the characteristics of debriefing, which is different from the conventional feedback approach. Types and models of debriefing are introduced, and the influence of social psychological factors is emphasized. As a crucial part of simulation-based medical education, debriefing will promote learning outcome of trainees.
