磁体差异性结构设计在磁压榨技术中的应用分析 被引量:21

摘要 目的分析磁压榨技术中磁体结构设计的差异性,提出磁体设计的基本原则。方法分析国内外磁压榨技术相关文献中不同应用部位下磁体形状、大小等设计的差异性,并探讨其影响因素。结果应用部位的解剖特点、需要的磁力大小、手术方式、功能需求及磁体所处外环境是磁体设计过程中应该考虑的基本影响因素,磁体在设计时应遵循功能性原则、可加工原则、可操作性原则、风险最小化原则、符合磁力学基本规律的原则。结论本文提出的磁压榨磁体设计基本原则具有普适性,可用于指导磁体设计。 Objective To analyze the difference of magnet structure design in magnetic compression technology (MCT) and propose the basic principle of magnet design. Methods The characteristics and influencing factors of the structure design of magnets under different application scenes in the literature of MCT were analyzed. Results The anatomical characteristics, magnetic force, operation mode, functional requirements and the external environment of the magnet were the basic factors, which should be considered in the design of the magnet. The design of the magnet should follow the principle of function and machinability, feasibility, risk minimization, conforms to the principle of basic laws of magnetics. Conclusion The basic design principles of magnetic press magnets presented in this paper are universal and can be used to guide the design of magnets.
