信息化管理系统在血液净化临床中的应用探讨

目的探讨信息化管理系统在我院血液净化临床中的使用效果。方法本文介绍了我院血液净化中心信息化管理系统基于网络、计算机、IPDA等设备的构建过程与基本构架的建立,然后利用该系统进行数据采集与生成,并利用该信息系统的监管方法生成管理系统评估体系,应用于血液透析患者的信息管理、临床护理管理、透析设备、数据统计分析等方面。结果血液净化信息化管理系统实现闭环控制、模块管理及大数据分析,从而降低了医护人员的工作量,方便了医护人员和患者,提升了医院血液净化管理的整体水平,提高了医疗服务质量,促进了医疗安全。结论血液净化信息化管理在临床上行之有效,不仅能显著提医护人员的工作效率,还能保证医疗质量和医疗安全,这种管理模式是今后血液净化管理的必然趋势。

Objective To explore the application effect of information management system in blood purification in our hospital. Methods The construction process and basic structure of the blood purification center information management system based on network, computer, IPDA and other equipment were introduced in this paper. Then the system was used for data collection and generation, and the supervision method of the information system was used to generate the management system evaluation system, which was applied to the information management, clinical nursing management, dialysis equipment, data statistical analysis and other aspects of hemodialysis patients. Results The blood purification information management system realized closed-loop control, module management and big data analysis, thus reducing the workload of medical staff, facilitating medical staff and patients, improving the overall level of hospital blood purification management, improving the quality of medical service, and promoting medical safety. Conclusion The blood purification informatization management is effective in clinical practice, which can not only significantly improve the work efficiency of medical staff, but also keep the medical quality and medical safety. This management mode is the inevitable trend of blood purification management in the future.
