分子筛对玻璃纤维/环氧树脂复合材料湿热前后力学性能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of molecular sieve on mechanical properties of GF/EP composite before and after hygrothermal treatment

摘要 以添加不同质量分子筛(TS)的环氧树脂(EP)作为基体,玻璃纤维(GF)布为增强体,制备了一系列树脂基复合材料层压板试样,研究了不同TS添加量对其耐湿热性能的影响。结果表明,无论是否进行湿热处理,添加了TS的树脂基复合材料层压板试样比不添加的试样拉伸强度提高约20%~30%。增强效果随添加比例的增加呈现先升后降的趋势。当添加比例为0.3%时,提升效果相对最好。同时添加0.3%质量比例分子筛的材料在室温条件下脱水速率相对最慢,但不同添加量的试样最终总脱水量大致相同,由此证明大量水分被分子筛锁住,进而减少水对材料的不利影响。 Using the epoxy resins with different contents of molecular sieve as the matrix and glass fiber fabrics as the reinforcement, the composite laminate samples were prepared. The mechanical properties of the composites were tested to investigate the effect of molecular sieve on their hygrothermal resistance. According to the experimental data, the tensile strength of the composite sample with molecular sieve was about 20%~30% higher than that of the sample without molecular sieve. The enhancement effect increased first and then decreased with increasing the molecular sievec amount.The promotion was the most effective when the molecular sieve adding amount was 0.3 wt%. At the same time, the dehydrate rate at room temperature of the material with 0.3 wt% of molecular sieve was the slowest. But the final total amounts of dewatering of the samples with different added concentrations were roughly the same, which proved that the large amount of water was locked by molecular sieve, thus reducing the adverse effect of water on the material.
