直流熔断器的研究现状与发展前景 被引量:16

摘要 熔断器在电动汽车中应用特点是短路电流较大,在光伏发电中应用特点是额定电压高、额定电流小,在轨道交通中应用特点是电流幅值周期性波动较大。针对不同的应用,熔断器的设计也不同。在这些应用中,直流过载电流开断易于失败是共同面临的难题。目前直流熔断器的研究热点主要集中在熔断器的燃弧过程、熔断器燃弧仿真模型以及混合式熔断器等领域。针对直流熔断器的应用现状、存在的关键问题以及发展前景进行介绍。 The characteristic of electric vehicle fuse is that the short circuit current is very big.The characteristic of photovoltaic fuse is that the voltage is high and the current is small.The characteristic of railway transportation fuse is that the cyclical fluctuation of current is very big.However,in these application areas,a common problem of the electric fuse is the low current interruption.At present,the research hotpot of DC electric fuse is focused on the arc period,the arc simulation model of fuse and hybrid fuse,etc.The application status,key problems and development prospect of DC fuse are introduced in this paper.
