摘要 详细阐述了建立固态功率控制器(SSPC)行为模型的方法;基于行为模型,对SSPC动态开关过程进行了仿真;最后,对阻性、感性、容性负载下影响SSPC带载能力的因素进行了分析。研究可为大型航天器配电系统应用前集成仿真、电路设计以及对瞬态故障的处理提供理论依据。 Solid-state power controller(SSPC)is the core component of large spacecraft power distribution system.Studying its behavior model is of great significance for the design of SSPC.The method of establishing SSPC behavior model was proposed.Then,the dynamic switching process of SSPC was analyzed based on behavior model.The factors affecting SSPC loading capacity were analyzed under different loads.This paper provides the theoretical basis for integrated simulation,circuit design,and transient faults handling before the application of large spacecraft power distribution systems.
