摘要
特应性皮炎(AD)是慢性易复发高度瘙痒的皮肤炎症性疾病,其发病机制复杂,包括遗传易感性、环境因素、免疫功能改变和皮肤屏障功能障碍等,其中免疫功能异常是AD发病的关键环节。T淋巴细胞可通过分泌特征性的细胞因子发挥免疫调节作用,不同的T辅助细胞(Th)亚群,如Th2、Th9、Th17和Th22细胞,表达高水平的IL-31、IL-9、IL-10、IL-17、IL-22等。文章综述不同T淋巴细胞亚群及其产生的细胞因子对AD发病的影响。
Atopic Dermatitis(AD)is a highly recurrent and itchy chronic inflammatory disease with a complicated pathogenesis involving genetic susceptibility,environmental factors,immune function deregulations and skin barrier dysfunction.Immunology abnormalities play a significant role in the pathogenesis of AD.T lymphocytes exert immunomodulatory effects by secreting characteristic cytokines.Different T helper cell(Th)subpopulations,such as Th 2,Th 9,Th 17 and Th 22 cells,express high levels of IL-31,IL-9,IL-10,IL-17,IL-22 and so on.The article specifically reviews on the significant effects of different T lymphocyte subsets and the cytokines produced on the pathogenesis of AD.
