摘要
持续改进教学质量是高等教育的长期任务。通过在金属材料实验教学体系与内容、创新实验教学方法与模式等方面进行研究和改革,搭建了分层次、个性化金属材料实验教学体系;修订了实验教学大纲,探索了创新班实验教学新模式,建立了切实可行的实践教学评价体系。加强实验室的硬件建设和先进教育技术的应用,初步建成了以学生自主学习为中心的网络教学平台和虚拟实验室。探索改进金属材料实验教学质量的途径,建立了从顶层设计开始,重视过程管理,保证全员质量、往复循环持续改进的教学模式,取得良好教学效果,为我国材料类创新人才培养方法论提供了素材。
Continuous improvement of the teaching quality is a long-term task of higher education.Through research and reform in the experimental teaching system and content in metal material,innovative teaching methods and models,a multilevel,personalized metal material experimental teaching system has been constructed.The experiment syllabus is revised,and experimental teaching model for innovation class is explored,a practical practice teaching evaluation system at last has been established.By strengthening the laboratory hardware construction and applying advanced network educational technology,student independent learning-centered network teaching platform and virtual laboratory are initially built up.The ways for improving the quality of metal materials experiments teaching is explored,a teaching mode that starts with top-level design,emphasizes process management,ensures the quality of the all students is established.It achieves good teaching effects,provides fodder for material innovative talents training methodology.
