高校创新创业教育生态系统运行策略研究——基于生态位理论视角

Research on the Operation Strategy of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Ecosystem in Colleges and Universities——Based on Niche Theory

在创新驱动发展战略背景下,高校创新创业教育在生态系统视域下不断转型发展,但系统各构成要素依然存在割裂问题,缺乏协同效应,无法满足市场对创新创业人才的需求和大学生自我价值实现的需要。为增强高校创新创业教育的实效性,提升创新人才供给的质量,依托区域经济社会发展和产业转型升级所需的协同创新平台,构建高校创新创业教育生态系统,引入生态位理论分析生态系统中生态要素之间的生态位关系,通过生态位分离、扩充及协同进化等策略研究生态系统各要素的交互作用机制,实现了创新创业教育生态要素的优势互补和协同进化,促进高校创新创业教育生态系统的动态平衡。

With the strategy of development driven by innovation,the innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities has been changing and developing steadily from the perspective of ecosystems.However,the ecosystem is fragmented and lacks synergy as before.It cannot meet the market demand of innovative and entrepreneurial talents and the need for self-worth of the college students.In order to enhance the effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities and improve the quality of the innovative talents,this paper builds the ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,relying on the collaborative innovation platform required by regional economic and social development and industrial transformation and upgrading.It introduces Niche theory to analyze the Niche relationship of ecological factors,and studies the interaction mechanism of various elements of ecosystem by the strategy of Niche separation,expansion and co-evolution,making the complementary advantages and co-evolution of the ecological elements of innovation and entrepreneurship education have been realized,and promoting the dynamic balance of the innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem in colleges and universities.
