Building and Operating of General Management Education Training Center in Universities

管理能力是学生终身从业与发展的核心通用能力,开设管理训练课程对其影响和意义极其深远。华南农业大学结合社会、学校与学生三方面的实际创建通识性管理训练中心,明确了管理训练中心的目标定位,并采取适当的运行模式,构建"分层式、模块化"的课程体系,开展对非管理类专业的大学生进行训练,取得了良好教学实效。

The capability of management is the core for a student’s career development.Management courses are significant for them.South China Agriculture University established a general management education training center with combination of society,school and students.The position of general management education training center has been clarified.Operation has been properly taken care of,and curriculum system is constructed as “classification and modularization”.We have trained students not majoring in management,and the achievement is substantial.
