高校油气储运系科研实验室面临的突出安全管理问题梳理为:危化品管理、功能区布局调整以及大型仪器设备的精细管理3个方面。针对危化品管理建立了基于采购-储存-动态使用的管理机制。实验室以科研任务为导向,形成了多个特色功能区。通过建立全方位的摄像监控与网络监控体系,以低廉的成本建设了智能管理系统,对大型仪器设备进行监控,突破了仪器交接记录、使用记录等的纸质属性,形成了影像资料与电子文档相结合的仪器设备日志,推进了智能化管理。通过以上措施,提高了实验室的安全水平,保障了各项科研任务的顺利推进。

The significant safety management problems faced by the university research laboratories of petroleum storage and transportation are classified into three aspects: the management of hazardous chemicals,layout adjustment based on function and advanced management of large-scale instruments.For the hazardous chemicals management, a management mechanism based on procurement-storage-dynamic use is established.In the layout adjustment aspect,a number of characteristic function areas in the lab were generated oriented to different research tasks.Using low cost method,an intelligent management system with low cost method was constructed through video surveillance and network monitoring system.Consequently,all the large-scale instruments were under remote monitoring.Using this intelligence management system,the paperwork was replaced by the video and electronic files to record the operation of the instruments.Through the above measurement,the safety level of laboratories involved with petroleum was improved,and the progress of scientific research tasks was guaranteed as well.
