摘要
针对高校实验动物中心安全管理现状,从规章制度、职业健康安全、微生物控制、危化品管理及设施5个方面建立了安全风险评价指标体系。运用由德尔菲法(Delphi),层次分析法(AHP)、灰色关联分析法(Grey relational analysis)、模糊综合评判法(Fuzzy mathematics)综合形成的DHGF法,对实验动物中心的安全风险进行综合评价,判定评价对象的安全风险状况为良好。通过实例应用检验,说明DHGF法具有很强的应用性。结合几种方法的优点,增强了评价结果的科学性和准确性。
Facing on current status of the safety management of laboratory animal centers in universities,a safety risk evaluation index system is established from five aspects: regulatory framework,occupational health and safety,microorganism control,dangerous chemicals management and facilities.By using DHGF algorithm which is presented by integrating Delphi method,AHP,grey relational analysis and fuzzy mathematics,the study conducts the safety risk evaluation of Shanghai Jiao Tong University laboratory animal center.The result indicates the safety risk state is good.Furthermore,the case study shows the strong applicability of the algorithm.Besides,it can ensure the scientific and accurate evaluation result.
