摘要
在轻集料混凝土中,骨料的性能对混凝土的性能影响很大。为了探究陶粒混凝土的生产工艺并将其应用于实际工程中,文中研究了陶粒经过不同方法处理后配制的陶粒混凝土的和易性、基本物理性能和力学性能的变化规律,得出对陶粒处理的有效方法。结果表明:预湿处理能够明显改善拌合物的和易性,但其早期强度较低,而28 d龄期后与未预湿处理的陶粒配制的混凝土的强度大小相当;经造壳处理后的陶粒配制的陶粒混凝土强度明显提高,比未造壳处理的陶粒配制的陶粒混凝土强度大约增长8 MPa。因此,陶粒颗粒经过造壳处理和预湿处理两道工艺后,配制出的混凝土的性能最佳。
In light aggregate concrete,the performance of aggregate has a great influence on the performance of concrete.In order to explore the production process of ceramsite concrete and apply it to practical engineering,this article mainly study that the workability,physical properties and mechanical properties of ceramsite concrete make up by the ceramsite that manage by different methods,and the best method of ceramsite treatment was obtained.The results show that pre-wetting treatment can obviously improve the workability of the mixtures,but its early strength is lower,and after 28 days of age the strength of concrete is similar to that of concrete made of ceramsite without pre-wetting treatment;the strength of ceramsite concrete made of ceramsite after shell-making treatment is obviously higher than that of ceramsite mixture made of ceramsite without shell-making treatment,the strength of the concrete increases by about 8 MPa.Therefore,the performance of concrete prepared from ceramsite particles is the best after shell-making and pre-wetting treatment.
