摘要
为了改善现有硼吸附有机材料的缺点,提高吸附剂对硼的选择性,本文以季戊四醇为中心,用甘油封端HDI和季戊四醇相继扩链后的预聚体制备了端邻位羟基超支化聚氨酯的硼吸附材料。利用FT-IR和TGA-DSC对其结构和热力学性能进行了表征和测定,并研究了R值对产物物理性能的影响,同时利用单因素试验法探索了反应温度、时间对季戊四醇和HDI封端扩链反应的最佳工艺以及所制备树脂对硼的最佳吸附工艺。结果表明:当R值为1.02时制备得树脂物理性能较优,该产物的玻璃化转变温度为102℃、初始热分解温度为266℃;该树脂对硼的最佳吸附工艺为:温度20℃,搅拌时间2.5 h,硼酸溶液浓度为2 g/L和溶液pH为3。在最佳工艺条件下制备的R值为1.02的树脂对硼的吸附能力可达到13.5 mg/g。
In orde to improve the defect of existing boron(B)adsorption organic materials and improve the selectivity of B adsorbent,boron adsorption materials of o-hydroxyl hyperbranched polyurethane were prepared by prepolymerization of glycerol terminated HDI and pentaerythritol after chain expansion.The structure characteristic and thermodynamic performance were characterized and measured by FT-IR,TGA-DSC.The effect of R ratio on physical properties of product was studied,the best temperature and time of reaction were researched,and the optimal adsorption process was researched by single factor experiment.The result showed that when R value is 1.02,the physical properties of the prepared resin are better,its glass-transition temperature was 102 ℃,initial thermal decomposition temperature was 266 ℃.The optimal adsorption process of resin to boron:temperature was 20 ℃,stirring time was 2.5 h,boric acid solution concentration was 2 g/L and solution pH was 3.Under this process condition,the optimum adsorption capacity can be achieved 13.5 mg/g.
