蒸氨废液太阳池主要参数对储热性能的影响规律研究 被引量:2

摘要 以获得纯碱蒸氨废液太阳池的运行规律为目的,采用控制变量法试验,分析了太阳池横截面积、盐梯度层浊度、盐梯度层厚度和下对流层浓度4个主要参数对太阳池储热性能的影响,并采用最小二乘法对试验数据进行拟合,分别建立了数学模型。结果表明:下对流层温度与太阳池横截面积呈线性关系、与盐梯度层浊度呈线性关系、与盐梯度层厚度呈二次曲线关系、与下对流层浓度满足分段函数关系。研究结果为太阳池储热性能的理论研究奠定了基础。 To investigate the effects steamed ammonia waste liquid on solar pool during soda production,the solar pool cross-sectional area,the thickness of the salt gradient layer,the thickness of the salt gradient layer and the lower tropospheric concentration on heat storage performance of the solar pool were studied.The experimental data were fitted by least square method used and mathematical models were established:the lower tropospheric temperature has a linear relation with the cross-sectional area of the solar pond;a linear relation with the turbidity of the salt gradient layer;a quadratic curve relation with the thickness of the salt gradient layer and the piecewise function relation with lower tropospheric concentration.
