摘要
实习教学作为医学检验专业的重要组成部分,对培养学生理论和实践相结合,分析问题和解决问题的能力非常重要。目前在医学检验专业中对实习生的管理和教学有多种模式,不同教学模式有各自的教学特点和适用专业,本文总结了案例式教学、PBL教学、WPBL教学和基于Deming环的TBL+PBL式教学四种教学方法的教学特点、教学过程以及应该注意的问题。不同医院可以根据自身的实际情况和实习生的自身素质采取不同的教学管理模式,更好地促进学生对理论知识和临床实践的有效结合,使学生在实习过程中能够有所得,更加热爱检验专业,同时为不同医院的医学检验专业寻找适合自身实际情况的教学方式提供理论参考。
Practice teaching, as an important part of the medical laboratory, is very important for developing students' ability in combining theory and practice, analyzing problems and solving problems. At present, there are many modes of the intern teaching and management in medical laboratory. Different teaching modes have their own teaching characteristics and applicable majors. This article summarized the teaching characteristics, teaching process and the problems that should be paid attention of four teaching modes: case-based teaching, PBL teaching, WPBL teaching and TBL+PBL teaching based on Deming ring. Different hospitals can adopt different teaching management modes according to their actual conditions and the intern's own quality, and promote students' effective combination of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice. The students can benefit from the internship process and more love clinical laboratory medicine. At the same time, we provide a theoretical reference for the medical laboratory of different hospitals to find a suitable teaching method according to their actual situation.
