PCI术后患者生活质量调查及相关因素分析

A Cross-sectional Study on Quality of Life and Related Factors in Patients After PCI Surgery

目的了解北京市部分社区经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后患者生活质量,探讨其影响因素,为全科医生慢病管理提供理论依据并指导临床。方法采用分层方便整群抽样方法,选择2018年1—9月份北京部分社区305例PCI术后患者为调查对象,问卷调查的方法采用一般资料问卷和SF-36量表,调查研究对象的生活质量,分析影响因素。结果 PCI术后患者的工作状况、吸烟和疾病史为影响患者生活质量的相关因素。结论 PCI术后冠心病患者的生活质量总体较佳,使大多数患者能快速恢复重返工作,加强戒烟和疾病宣教、探索行之有效的戒烟方法依然任重而道远。

Objective To understand the quality of life of patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in some communities of Beijing, and to explore its influencing factors, so as to provide theoretical basis for general practitioners' chronic disease management and guide clinical practice. Methods 305 patients after PCI in some communities of Beijing from January to September 2018 were selected by stratified convenient cluster sampling method. General information questionnaire and SF-36 scale were used to investigate the quality of life of the subjects and analyze the influencing factors. Results The working status, smoking and disease history of patients after PCI were the related factors affecting the quality of life of patients. Conclusion PCI can improve the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease, enable most patients to quickly recover and return to work, strengthen smoking cessation and disease education, explore effective methods of smoking cessation is still a long way to go.
