摘要
朱昌河水库大坝为碾压混凝土重力坝,采用全断面碾压混凝土浇筑,因坝型特点和实际浇筑能力无法满足全坝段通仓平层浇筑,拟定采用斜层铺筑法,此法可缩减浇筑仓面铺层面积,保证层间及时覆盖;通过风险分析有针对性地采取了关键质量控制措施,确保了碾压混凝土浇筑质量,实施效果良好。
Zhuchanghe reservoir dam belongs to RCC gravity dam. Full section RCC pouring is adopted. Because the dam shape characteristics and the actual pouring capacity can not meet the requirements of the warehouse level layer pouring in whole dam section, oblique layer paving method will be adopted, which can reduce the pouring warehouse number surface layer area and ensure timely coverage between layers. Key quality control measures are taken to ensure the quality of RCC pouring through risk analysis, and the implementation effect is good.
