面板堆石坝表面止水新型盖板的研究与应用

摘要 面板堆石坝的周边缝和垂直缝表面止水通常采用"塑性填料+橡胶盖板+钢压条"的方式,但其耐久性差,容易发生翻卷而失效;采用"聚脲+复合胎基布"高分子材料作为混凝土面板表面止水盖板,具有强度高、耐久性和抗渗性好、抗变形能力及与混凝土黏结能力强等特点,并且可减少对混凝土的破坏,提高混凝土质量,现已被广泛应用,使用效果良好。 The method of “Plastic filler + rubber cover + steel bar” is usually used for stopping the water on the surface of the surrounding joints and vertical joints of the face rockfill dam. However, the durability of the method is poor, which is prone to rollover and failure.‘Polyurea + compound tyres base cloth’ polymer materials is used as water stop cover plate as concrete surface. It is characterized by high strength, good durability and impermeability, resistance to deformation, strong concrete bonding ability, etc, which can reduce the damage to the concrete and improve the quality of concrete. It has been widely used with excellent use effect.
