五河水利枢纽船闸工程的上下闸首底板、墙身及闸室底板上均布置有后浇带,为缩短工期,确保施工质量,QC小组开展了应用快易收口网作为后浇带模板的技术研究,提出了快易收口网安装和混凝土浇筑的质量控制措施,有效缩短了后浇带施工工期,实现了质量优良的目标,取得了较好的社会和经济效益,值得推广应用。

Upper and lower lock heads, walls and lock chamber bottom board of Wuhe water conservancy hub shiplock are provided with post-pouring belts. QC team carries out technical research on applying fast and easy formwork as post-pouring belt templates in order to shorten the project time limit and ensure the construction quality. The fast and easy formwork installation and concrete pouring quality control measures are proposed, thereby effectively shortening the construction period of post-pouring belt and achieving the goal of good quality.
