利用JACK软件建立所需要的人体、工件和生产线仿真环境,并在此基础上运用NIOSH、RULA、OWAS等分析工具进行人机工程动态虚拟仿真,寻求人机问题解决方案,为生产线规划提供全新、高效、量化的评估方式。

JACK is used to create the math environment of human body,work piece and production line.Based on this environment,ergonomics principles such as NIOSH,RULA,OWAS,etc.are used to conduct ergonomics simulation,to find out proper solution for ergonomics problems and provide a new method for production line planning.
