摘要
系统地研究了E类功率放大电路,通过选择适当的器件,设计出高效简单的放大电路;初步设计了PID的控制策略,并且构建了基于E类功率放大电路的射频功率发生器。经实验测试,本射频功率发生器具有半3U尺寸,额定输出功率达到1 500 W,整机效率大于65%,功率准确度小于1%。
Class E power amplifying circuit has been studied systematically. By selecting appropriate devices, efficient and simple amplifying circuit has been designed. PID algorithm is proposed tentatively, and RF power generator based on class E power amplifier has been constructed. The experiments studies have indicated that the RF power generator has semi 3U size, its rated power is 1500-watt, AC to RF efficiency is over 65%, and power accuracy is less than 1%.
