摘要
本文提出了一种基于结构光的火炮膛线深度检测的方法,介绍了该方法进行检测的光学结构及测量原理。该方法简单实用,标定过程简单可靠,减少了复杂的系统参数的模型的构建。经过实验证该方法能够实现高精度的膛线深度测量,相比于传统的膛线深度检测量方法,该方法拥有更高的检测效率以及更好的检测效果。
A method for the depth detection of rifling based on structural light is presented,and the optical structure and measuring principle of the method are introduced. This method is simple and practical,the calibration process is simple and reliable,and the model construction of complex system parameters is reduced. Experimental results show that this method can achieve high precision rifling depth measurement. Compared with the traditional rifling depth detection method,this method has higher detection efficiency and better detection effect.
