摘要
阐述了国内首个多端柔性闭环中压配电网示范工程,其示范工程旨在通过环网控制装置实现中压配电网的柔性闭环运行。首先,详细分析了实现柔性闭环的关键设备,即多端柔性环网控制装置的选择依据,阐述了装置的实现结构;其次,阐明了装置的潮流控制策略,分析并提出装置的直流电压控制策略和启停控制策略;然后,提出了示范工程投运后的典型运行模式;最后,对柔性闭环运行以后配电网的负荷均衡、安全性、可靠性和供电能力分析方法进行了综述,并结合示范工程实施方案对这些方面的改善效果进行了全面分析。
The domestic first demonstration project of multi-terminal flexible closed-loop medium-voltage distribution network is introduced in this paper , which aims to realize the flexible closed-loop operation of medium-voltage distribution network by means of a looped network control device. First , the selection criterion for the multi-terminal flexible looped network control device , which is a crucial device to realize the flexible closed-loop operation , is analyzed in detail , and its structure implementation is expounded. Second , the device ' s power flow control strategy is presented , and the DC voltage control and start/stop control strategies are proposed after analyses. Third , the typical operation modes of the demonstration project are put forward. Finally , the load balancing , security , reliability , and the analysis method for the supply capability of distribution network in flexible closed-loop operation are summarized. Combined with the implementation scheme for the demonstration project , the improvement effects in these aspects are analyzed comprehensively.
