摘要
国内药品在包装贴标流程中常采用人工作业,效率低、劳动强度大、质量不高。随着工业机器人和PLC的快速发展和人力成本的提高,大力推动智能制造、产业升级、机器换人已是大势所趋。根据药瓶包装贴标系统的任务要求完成系统总体方案设计、硬件设计、软件设计和整体调试。介绍ABB工业机器人、汇川PLC、传感器和电磁阀等主要模块。软件设计主要进行PLC和工业机器人的流程图设计。通过整体调试完成系统的设计,运行情况良好,达到预期目标。
Domestic pharmaceuticals often use manual work in packaging labeling process, which is inefficient, labor intensive and low quality. With the rapid development of industrial robots and PLC and the increase of human cost, it is a general trend to vigorously promote intelligent manufacturing, industrial upgrading and machine replacement. According to the task requirements of the drug bottle packaging labeling system, the overall scheme design, hardware design, software design and overall debugging of the system were completed. The main modules of ABB industrial robot, Huichuan PLC, sensor and solenoid valve were introduced. Software design mainly carried on the flow chart design of PLC and industrial robot. Through the overall debugging, the design of the system is completed, and the operation is good, and the expected goal is achieved.
