汽车空调降温性能试验方法及评价标准分析

Analysis on Test Method and Evaluation Standard of Vehicle Air Conditioner Cooling Performance

为了提升汽车空调舒适性和用户满意度,该文利用环境模拟舱、底盘测功机及数据采集仪等设备,对11款汽车进行了汽车空调降温性能试验,并对试验数据进行分析。基于试验数据分析结果,在现有行业及企业标准基础上,提出了汽车空调降温试验阶段II(单怠速工况)、降温速率2个新评价指标,完善了现有汽车空调性能评价方法,为汽车空调降温性能开发工作提供了重要参考依据。

In order to improve the comfort and customer satisfaction of vehicle air conditioner,11 passenger cars were tested for vehicle conditioner cooling performance by using environment simulation chamber,chassis dynamometer and data acquisition instrument.Based on the analysis of test data and existing industry and enterprise standards,two new evaluation indexes of idle condition cooling performance and cooling rate are put forward.The existing evaluation methods of vehicle air conditioner performance are improved,which provides an important reference for the development of vehicle air conditioner cooling performance.
