摘要
对餐厨垃圾简易静态堆肥过程中物料的物理化学和微生物特性变化进行了实验研究,采用废弃纸箱为容器,以剩饭、菜叶、杂草、土壤为原料进行室温下堆肥,分别测试了温度、p H、电导率等物理化学指标,并利用PCR和DGGE的方法对微生物种群构成进行分析探讨。结果表明:在堆肥早期温度升高、电导率下降并出现酸化阶段,该阶段之后物理化学指标升高且逐渐趋于稳定。随着堆肥过程进行,微生物种类逐渐减少,出现明显嗜热优势菌种群。
The changes of physicochemical and microbial characteristics of materials during the process of simplified static composting of kitchen waste was studied.Waste paper boxes were used as containers to compost with leftovers,vegetable leaves,weeds and soil at room temperature.The physicochemical parameters,such as temperature,pH and conductivity,were measured,and microbial community structure was analyzed by PCR and DGGE.The results showed that in the early stage of composting,temperature increased with the decrease of conductivity and acidification occurred.The physicochemical parameters tended to be steady with the composting time.In the whole stage,microbial species gradually decreased and thermophilic bacteria was the dominant for composting.
