摘要
资源循环利用基地是解决处理城市固体废弃物"邻避效应"的创新道路,是实现资源化利用和垃圾分类的有效途径。本研究基于国内资源循环利用基地建设的现状,以上海老港固体废弃物综合利用基地为例,分析该基地内的建设现状以及各项目间的能量流和物质流,为将老港建设成为国家资源循环利用产业示范基地作规划。
The resource recycling base is an innovative way to solve the“not in my backyard”of urban solid waste.It is also an effective way to achieve resource utilization and waste classification.Based on the current situation of the construction of resource recycling bases at home,taking Shanghai Laogang solid waste comprehensive utilization base as an example,the energy flow and material flow among the projects as well as the status of construction projects were analyzed.Finally,a plan to build Laogang solid waste comprehensive utilization base into a national resource recycling industry demonstration base was programmed.
