摘要
利用上、下吸式热解气化装置处理超高热值垃圾,发现下吸式产生可燃气体品质较高;但下吸式可燃气体中携带大量的灰分,易堵塞可燃气出口,对后端可燃气净化利用造成不利影响。因此,通过对下吸式热解气化炉可燃气出口进行理论计算及结构的设计,分析出口挡板角度、出气速度等因素对可燃气体灰分携带量的影响,得出可燃气流速越低、倾角越大,携带的灰分含量越少。
The upper and lower suction pyrolysis gasifier was used to treat ultra-high calorific value garbage,it was found that the quality of combustible gas produced by lower suction device was better.However,the combustible gas at the lower suction outlet contained a large amount of ash,which was easy to block the gas outlet and had an adverse effect on the purification and utilization of back-end combustible gas.Therefore,through theoretical calculation and structural design of combustible gas outlet of downdraft pyrolysis gasifier,the influence of factors such as outlet baffle angle and outlet gas velocity on ash carrying capacity of combustible gas was analyzed.Finally,it was concluded that the lower the flow rate of combustible gas and the larger the inclination angle were,the less ash content would be carried.
