关于自发性群众体育组织生成与发展的社会学思考

Sociological Reflections on the Formation and Development of Spontaneous Mass Sports Organizations

采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,从社会学的角度基于人的社会化出发,对自发性群众体育组织的生成与发展进行探析。研究表明,群众参与自发性群众体育组织的行为是个体与组织双向互动的过程,自发性群众体育组织的群众化、基层化和广泛性特点有助于提高其社会影响力并有效发挥小组织在大社会中的积极作用。因此,在今后发展中,应把握个体需求,提高普及化程度、厘清组织者的角色责任、借助信息网络平台促进发展。

This paper analyzes the formation and development of spontaneous mass sports organizations based on the socialization of human beings from the perspective of sociology.The research shows that the behavior of the masses participating in the spontaneous mass sports organization is a two-way interaction process between the individual and the organization,and the mass,grass-roots and extensive characteristics of the spontaneous mass sports organization are helpful to improve its social influence and give full play to the positive role of small organizations in the big society.Therefore,in the future development,we should grasp the individual needs,improve the degree of popularization,clarify the role and responsibility of the organizers,and promote development with the help of information network platform.
