大学生家庭功能与体育锻炼态度的中介效应研究

A Study on the Mediating Effect between Family Function and Physical Exercise Attitude of College Students

目的探讨大学生家庭功能与体育锻炼态度的相关关系以及自尊在两者之间的中介作用,从而加强大学生体育参与行为,提高其身心素质。方法采用《家庭功能量表》、《锻炼态度量表》以及《自尊量表》对341名在校大学生进行问卷施测,然后采用逐步分层回归分析对家庭功能、自尊和体育锻炼态度间的关系进行检验与分析。结果(1)大学生家庭功能与体育锻炼态度的关系呈显著性正向相关,且家庭功能正向预测锻炼态度;大学生家庭功能在性别上有显著差异(P<0.01),女生家庭功能的得分高于男生(35.08>34.5);研究生的体育锻炼态度水平和家庭功能水平在一定能程度上低于本科生(43.31>41.26);住址为省会城市的大学生体育锻炼态度总分大于其他市辖区县(44.97>39.08);(2)大学生自尊在家庭功能与体育锻炼态度间具有部分中介作用(β=1.185,P<0.01)结论(1)不同年级、性别和地区的大学生的体育锻炼态度有显著差异,家庭功能对锻炼态度起到正向预测作用;(2)家庭功能是通过自尊对大学生的体育锻炼态度产生影响的。

Objective To explore the relationship between family function and physical exercise attitude of college students and the mediating role of self-esteem in the two,so as to strengthen college students'participation in sports and improve their physical and mental quality.Methods The family function scale,exercise attitude scale and self-esteem scale were used to survey 341 college students,then the relationship between family function,self-esteem and physical exercise attitude was examined and analyzed by stepwise hierarchical regression analysis.Results(1)The relationship between the college students'family function and physical exercise attitude was positively correlated,and the family function was positive to predict the exercise attitude;The family function of college students was significantly different in gender(P>0.01),the female family function scored higher than that of male(35.08>34.5)The level of physical exercise attitude and family function level of postgraduates is lower than that of undergraduates(43.31>41.26);The university students'attitude to the provincial capital city is greater than that of other districts(44.97>39.08);(2)The self-esteem of college students has some mediating effect between family function and physical exercise attitude(p=1.185,P>0.01)conclusion(1)The overall family function level of college students is relatively low,and the family function plays a positive role in the exercise attitude.;(2)Self-esteem plays a mediating role in the influence of college students'family function on the attitude of physical exercise.
