摘要
为优化焦炭质量,拓宽炼焦煤资源,降低配煤成本,通过煤质分析及40 kg小焦炉炼焦试验对布坎南煤和国内山西柳林地区优质焦煤进行了全面的分析和比较。通过优化配煤,弥补了布坎南焦煤热强度低的缺点,提高了焦炭质量,降低生产配煤成本13. 35元/t。
In order to optimize coke quality,expand coking coal resources and reduce coal blending cost,a comprehensive analysis and comparison of Buchanan coal and high quality coking coal in Liulin area of Shanxi Province was carried out through coal quality analysis and coking test of 40 kg small coke oven.By optimizing coal blending,it compensates for the shortcomings of low thermal strength of Bukannan coking coal,improve the coal quality and reduces the cost of coal blending by 13.35 rmb/t.
