河钢邯钢HC250IF高强钢生产工艺优化 被引量:1

摘要 通过统计河钢邯钢2017年1~6月2180冷轧线高强钢HC250IF的生产数据,分析了不同厚度、宽度事故产品的占比情况,研究了其应力-应变曲线。通过控制来料钢坯板形、修正轧制压下率、调整张力制度,HC250IF钢的轧制稳定性得到明显改善,轧制机架间跑偏、轧裂等现象得到彻底解决,产品事故率从年初的2. 3%降低到年底的0. 5%以下。 Based on the statistics of HC250IF production data of 2180 cold-rolled high strength steel in Hansteel from January to June 2017,the proportion of accident products with different thickness and width was analyzed,and the stress-strain curve was studied.The rolling stability of HC250IF steel has been obviously improved,the phenomenon of running off and rolling crack between rolling stands has been thoroughly solved by controlling the shape of billet,modifying rolling reduction rate and adjusting tension system.The accident rate of products has been reduced from 2.3%at the beginning of the year to less than 0.5%at the end of the year.
