摘要
针对热镀锌板经过纵切线后的黑斑质量缺陷,从缺陷表面的化学成分、纵切线的生产工艺以及设备特点等方面进行了深入研究,并对其相应工艺、设备和管理制度等进行了优化。改进后不仅产品实物质量明显提高,还进一步提高了机组合格率。
Aiming at the black spot quality defect of hot-dip galvanized sheet after longitudinal tangent,the chemical composition of defect surface,the production process of longitudinal tangent and the characteristics of equipment were deeply studied,and the corresponding process,equipment and management system were optimized.After the improvement,the product quality is obviously improved,and the qualified rate of the unit is further improved.
