摘要
针对订单生产模式下不能及时判定及确认库存改判品的问题,介绍了河钢唐钢的新信息系统架构,通过梳理改判品明细,创建意向订单并进行匹配挂单,推动河钢唐钢高强汽车板有限公司改判品的最终质量判定。系统优化后,对改判品的7天终判及时率保持在95%以上,满足公司及时准确提报库存资源的需求,实现了资源的合理配置。
Aiming at the problem that the stock of substandard strip steel can not be judged and confirmed in time under the mode of order production,the new information system architecture of Tangsteel is introduced.By sorting out the details of substandard strip steel,creating the intention order and reassigning,the final quality judgment of substandard strip steel of Tangsteel high strength automobile plate Co.,Ltd.can be completed.After the optimization,the 7-day final judgment timeliness rate of substandard strip steel is maintained at more than 95%,which meets the company's demand for timely and accurate reporting of inventory resources and realizes rational resource allocation.
