摘要 配电网设备众多,但单一设备的容量相对较小,为了提高配电网建设的经济性,往往仅在配电网的关键节点进行信息采集,因此,配电网的信息采集客观上存在信息盲区,在一定程度上降低了配电网运行时故障查找及故障恢复的工作效率。针对配电网信息盲区无法直接进行监视的问题,提出一种基于大数据分析的辅助监视方法。通过研究配电网上级电网的运行数据,挖掘配电网运行状态的典型特征信息,建立信息盲区配电网运行状态辨识模型;再将上级电网实时运行信息与配电网运行状态模型相匹配,实现对配电网运行状态的辅助监视,可在一定程度上解决配电网信息盲区的故障监视问题。新的监视方法以SCADA系统运行数据为基础,结合新的特征信息大数据滚动优化算法模型,可有效提高配电网信息盲区的故障监视水平。现已成功应用于武汉配电网19座110kV变电站211条10kV配电网线路的监视。实践结果表明,基于SCADA系统大数据分析的辅助监视方法能够较准确识别配电网的运行状态,及时发现配电网线路故障,有效提升配电网线路信息盲区的监视水平。 There are many equipment in the distribution network,but the capacity of a single equipment is relatively small. In order to improve the economics of the distribution network construction,information collection is often performed only at key nodes of the distribution network. Therefore,the information collection of the distribution network exists blind zone objectively, which reduces the efficiency of fault finding and recovery during distribution network operation. Aiming at the problem that the information blind zone of the distribution network cannot be directly monitored,an auxiliary monitoring method based on big data analysis is proposed. By studying the operation data of the network-level power grid and mining the typical characteristic information of the distribution network operation state,the information identification model of the distribution network blind zone is established. The real-time operation information of the upper-level power grid is matched with the distribution network operation state model to realize the auxiliary monitoring of the distribution network operation state and to solve the problem of distribution network information blind zone to some extent. The new monitoring method is based on the operating data of SCADA system. It can be combined with the new feature information big data rolling optimization algorithm model,which can effectively improve the fault monitoring level of the information blind zone of the distribution network. It has been successfully applied to the monitoring of 211 10kV distribution lines of the 19 110kV substations of Wuhan Distribution Network. The practical results show that the auxiliary monitoring method based on SCADA system can accurately identify the operating states of the distribution network,timely discover the fault of the distribution network line,and effectively improve the monitoring level of the distribution network line.
