OPC-SAC二元胶凝体系性能研究

摘要 普通硅酸盐水泥(OPC)是一种应用广泛的建筑材料,而硫铝酸盐水泥(SAC)是一种性能优良的特种工程材料,二者都具有各自的优缺点,如能将其复合,综合其优点,便可以改善水泥性能。本文以两种材料作为研究对象,以不同掺量(0~100%,以10%递增)的OPC与SAC复合,以凝结时间、流动度、强度为研究指标,选出最优配合比,并与普通硅酸盐水泥对比,做出综合评价,为普通硅酸盐水泥-硫铝酸盐水泥二元体系的应用提供一定依据。 Ordinary Portland Cement( OPC) is a widely used building material,while sulphoaluminate cement( SAC) is a special engineering material with excellent performance. Both have their own advantages and disadvantages,such as the ability to compound them. By combining its advantages,it can improve the performance of cement. In this paper,two materials are used as research objects.OPC and SAC are compounded with different dosages( 0 ~ 100%,increasing by 10%),and the setting time,fluidity and strength are used as research indicators,select the optimal mix ratio,and compare with ordinary Portland cement to make a comprehensive evaluation,which provides a basis for the application of ordinary Portland cement-sulphoaluminate cement binary system.
