摘要
针对目前在继电保护定值单流转过程中定值的审核仍为人工校对,工作量大且风险高的现状,基于继电保护定值管理工作特点,利用计算机辅助系统设计开发了继电保护定值智能辅助审核系统。通过调度管理系统(OMS)获取定值数据,按照"六统一"专家知识库进行分类,并根据特定的定值审核原则进行定值正确性校验,对于不符合定值审核原则的定值进行告警展示。定值的智能审核能够有效防止电网继电保护误整定事故,提高继电保护专业管理水平,减轻各级调度相关人员的工作量,提高工作效率,降低安全风险,保证电网安全稳定运行。
In view of the current situation that manual proofreading for protection is still adopted in the process of relay protection setting value single flow, and the workload is heavy and the risk is high, based on the characteristics of the relay protection setting value management, the design and development of the relay protection setting value intelligent auxiliary audit system is made by using the computer-aided system. The setting value data are obtained by the scheduling management system (OMS), classified according to the six unified expert rule base, and the setting value correctness is verified according to the specific setting value audit principle, and the setting value that can not conform to the setting value audit principle is displayed as an alarm. Intelligent verification of setting value can effectively prevent the missetting accident of power grid relay protection, improve the professional management level of relay protection, reduce the workload of dispatching personnel at all levels, improve the work efficiency, reduce the safety risks, and ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid.
