摘要 提出了基于差分进化算法参数辨识精确建模的Smith预估控制方案,利用焓值计算方法对汽轮机旁路温度主要扰动量进行前馈补偿,结合设备参数提出了采用基于能量平衡的精确前馈控制,保证了系统的抗扰动能力;通过采集现场实际运行数据,基于改进后的差分进化算法辨识得到控制对象的数学模型,提高了Smith预估器的补偿精度。仿真研究及现场应用结果表明,优化后的控制系统具有良好的稳定性、快速响应特性及控制精度,符合工程实际要求。 A Smith predictor with parameter identification based on differential evolution algorithm combined precise feedforward control scheme was proposed. The design parameters were used to accurately feed forward the main disturbance quantity through enthalpy calculation to ensure the anti-disturbance ability of the system. The actual operation data was collected, and the mathematical model of the object was identified based on the improved differential evolution algorithm to improve the modeling accuracy, so as to improve the compensation accuracy of Smith predictor. The results of simulation and practical application showed that the optimized control system had good stability, fast response and control accuracy, which completely accorded with the actual requirement of the project.
