摘要
对智能电能表快速脉冲群抗扰度试验中出现的粗大误差结果影响因素进行不确定度评定,分析输出信号源的稳定性。在此基础上,根据试验检测依据和试验要求,分析造成试验粗大误差现象的干扰路径,并提出在光电脉冲线路、电源线及网线上缠绕磁环的措施,保证电能表与检定装置有效隔离,确保智能电能表快速脉冲群试验结果准确、可靠。采用改进措施后,快速脉冲群试验结果不再出现粗大误差,改进效果良好。
According to the result of careless error of fast transient electromagnetic disturbance test for smart meter, the main factors are applied for uncertainty evaluation. The stability of signal source is analyzed. And on this basis interfering paths which lead to the results of disturbance test are analyzed and summarized in accordance with detection principle and test requirements of fast transient electromagnetic disturbance test. The magnetic loops twined around electro-optic circuit, power lines and cable. The path of energy meter and calibrating device is effective isolated. And improvement measures are put forward that experimental results of fast transient electromagnetic disturbance test for smart meter are more accurate and more reliable. Fast transient electromagnetic disturbance test works out improvement measures by which careless errors never appear in experimental results.
